2019 resolutions

I'm notorious for abandoning new habits after a few weeks but I still try every year to have New Years Resolutions. Generally I can keep it easier if I have external culpability, so now all y'all get to know. At least in broad terms. Specifics are going under the cut but there's some health stuff (physical and mental), professional stuff, as well as creative and fannish stuff. I've also ordered a habit calendar which will hopefully be useful, I like having a visual cue but keeping track in a journal was usually to easy to forget. This I can stick on the wall.

Health!
  • move more often
    • do yoga 2-4x/week
    • go on walks/go running on my days off
    • do my knee pt 3x/week
  • find a therapist & address my anxiety. See if this has an impact on my blood pressure
  • eat more vegetables
  • take care of my blood pressure (food changes, hydration, movement, anxiety, SODIUM)
  • take care of my cholesterol (food, movement)
  • Floss more (ie: don't make my hygienist make sad faces at me)
Creative!
  • write 5k/month: on any project, anywhere
  • record or edit or post 30 minutes of podifc every month
Professional
  • take my BB exam (paperwork is in progress with HR, goal is late February)
  • Start per diem generalist work so I can take my MLS exam within 5 years
  • Attend 2 local conferences (June, September)
  • Complete 3 projects (currently have 1 in progress & 1 ongoing)
What do y'all have planned for this year? If you're doing anything similar to me I'd love to hear it & possibly be accountability buddies. :D
