Oh wow, what a big project! XD I'd hate to take on something with that many moving parts and deadlines I have to set myself, but I'm excited about you doing this for your podiversary because it is really very cool :D

Is this food tracker an app, and could you perhaps link it? It sounds like it might be useful for Spouse.
