Well, I'm honestly the only moving part in it. It was a little bit of spreadsheet set-up and will be a lot of recording and editing, but mostly just picking up my pace and doing like 4 months of ITPE level activity (but posting immediately) rather than my usual of "oh I'd like to do xyz" and then never doing it. 😅

The food tracker is Nutrilio! I can't figure out how to get rid of the weight prompt on the daily screen, but it doesn't bug you about it so I find it easyish to ignore. Site is here
