Dear podficcer, you're amazing and I can't wait to hear what you make. ~~A majority of this~~ basically all of this is cribbed from last year so if it seems familiar, it is. - A focus on any of the major character women would be incredible

Life update

I haven't made anything since I finished my 100 hours for my 10 year podficversary, but I've fallen face first into a couple new fandoms though I don't know if I'll be making anything for them. I've also made progress on writing (ok outlining) several Clone Wars fics and I plan to take part in the Order 63 fest with some podfic and a fic if I can get it done in time. :D

Things I learned this year

This year feels like the biggest step-up in terms of podfic quality for me. I'd been doing more-or-less the same thing with my editing for the last few years but this year I've branched out and tried new things. Some of those are definitely going to become standard for me. (these are all for Audacity fwiw)

10 year podficversary, 100 hours of podfic, 100 ao3 works

I think this year has been my most productive to date, and for a very specific reason. I've been attempting to make it to 100 hours of posted podfic on my 10th podficversary. And I made it! I didn't quite manage to get to 100 podfics (where I'm a primary/major voice) but I did manage to get to 100 ao3 works which still feels like a good round number.

Well, it's been quite a year friend. I'll try and flesh this out a bit more once assignments go out, but I'm writing this on my phone at work with like 4 hours before the deadline. New Podfics! :D

I didn't manage quite as much as I'd wanted for ITPE this year, sadly. I've got two full recorded (but unedited) things that I had wanted to give as treats but will most likely just get edited and posted at some point this year. I did manage 5 podfics with a total of 7 hours and 37 minutes, which I'm really pleased with.

2019 resolutions

I'm notorious for abandoning new habits after a few weeks but I still try every year to have New Years Resolutions. Generally I can keep it easier if I have external culpability, so now all y'all get to know. At least in broad terms. Specifics are going under the cut but there's some health stuff (physical and mental), professional stuff, as well as creative and fannish stuff. I've also ordered a habit calendar which will hopefully be useful, I like having a visual cue but keeping track in a journal was usually to easy to forget. This I can stick on the wall.

We'll see how long most of us stick around (myself included) but I'm hoping that pinning DW's tab will help. Plus it does actually look better on mobile than it did the last time I tried with any real effort.
