pretty much! I think it'd impact if you do it too much, but one/two passes noticeably gets the wet mouth sounds reduced without much impact on overall sound quality. It DOES take forever and tends to get even slower if you run it for more than 20 min of audio. The forum post with info is here and the nyquist plugin installation instructions if you need them. :>
